General Situation
A northeast monsoon will affect southern China tomorrow. Tropical Cyclone Bualoi will move across the South China Sea in the next couple of days and strengthen gradually, in the general direction of the seas south of Hainan Island. Under the combined effect of the ridge of high pressure over the coast of southeastern China and Bualoi, it will be windy over the coast of southern China during the weekend. The seas will be rough with swells. There will be showers over the coast of western Guangdong early next week. With the anticyclone aloft strengthening again midweek next week, the weather will be generally fine over southern China.
