The trough of low pressure now affecting the coast of Guangdong will move into the northern part of the South China Sea tomorrow, there will be a few showers over the region. Meanwhile, a strong easterly airstream will affect the coastal areas in the next couple of days. A southwesterly airstream is expected to bring hot and showery weather to the coast of southern China early next week. Another trough of low pressure will edge closer to southern China midweek next week. The weather will become unsettled over the region.
