General Situation
The broad band of clouds covering the coast of southern China will thin out gradually in the next couple of days. The weather will be brighter over the region. A fresh to strong easterly airstream will affect the coast of Guangdong on Friday. A cold front is expected to move across the coast of southern China later on Saturday. Winds will strengthen from the north with one or two rain patches over the region. Temperatures will fall appreciably. Under the influence of the associated northeast monsoon, the weather will be dry over the coast of Guangdong early next week. It will be cool in the morning and at night. The temperature difference between day and night will be relatively large over inland areas.
