Hong Kong health authorities have issued a food safety alert and suspended imports of a Japanese ice cream product after discovering coliform bacteria levels well above legal limits.

Hong Kong’s rail giant has appealed to passengers to avoid engaging in behaviour that disturbs other commuters after a viral video appeared to show a man urinating inside a train carriage.
