General Situation
Under the influence of a trough of low pressure, there will be showers and a few thunderstorms over the coast of southern China in the next couple of days. With an anticyclone aloft strengthening gradually, showers will ease off over Guangdong in the latter part of this week. The weather will be very hot during the day over the region during the weekend to early next week. A broad area of low pressure is expected to bring unsettled weather to the central and northern parts of the South China Sea early to midweek next week.
