歡迎收看 Navigator 每日新聞 Source: 香港電台 Published on: 2025-05-08 14:04 UTC 甯漢豪稱開發土地嘗試多元發展模式包括片區開發及優化原址換地 發展局局長甯漢豪出席香港規劃師學會國際規劃論壇，向來自10個國家和地區的線上線下約500名與會者作主旨演講。 甯漢豪以北部都會區發展進程所遇到的各種挑戰，分享發展局近年就開發土地模式所作出的變革，包括嘗試多元發展模式，如片區開發、優化原址換地安排、採用更多公私營合作等，她強調「以人為本」的安置安排、城鄉共融的發展策略，以及講求彈性和戰略留白的新規劃路向。 在吸引企業落戶北都方面，甯漢豪認為，政府須確保公共財政穩健並可持續，向企業提供補貼並非輕易可為，強調香港吸引企業之處在於其自身優勢，包括實行簡單低稅制、普通法制度、完善法治、多元化人才庫，以及擁有「背靠祖國、聯通世界」的優勢，均是香港的獨特競爭優勢，應當持續強化。 Source: 香港電台 Published on: 2025-05-08 13:59 UTC 洪水橋/厦村新第二期第三批收回18幅土地約19200平方米 地政總署今日根據《收回土地條例》，為洪水橋/厦村新發展區第二期發展張貼第三批收回土地公告，收回18幅私人土地，總面積約19200平方米。 這次收回的18幅私人土地，包括早前公開接受原址換地申請，但最終未有接獲申請的部分用地，以及1宗因申請被視為撤回，而未能完成原址換地所涉及的用地。有關土地需收回以讓政府進行工程。 18幅私人土地將於公告張貼後三個月，即今年8月9日復歸政府所有。政府會在土地復歸政府後，向相關土地業權人發放特惠土地補償。 土地復歸日期是指土地業權轉歸政府的日期，並非受影響住戶及業務經營者須遷出的限期。在受影響住戶和業務經營者遷出限期前3個月，地政總署會另行按照適用程序在相關範圍張貼公告，現時預計受影響的住戶和業務經營者最早須在今年12月遷出。地政總署正處理受影響人士的補償和安置事宜，盡量在遷出限期前為合資格人士安排上樓或發放補償。 全面發展後，洪水橋/厦村新發展區將提供約66700個新住宅單位，容納約18萬4千新增人口，並創造約15萬個就業機會。 Source: 香港電台 Published…
