General Situation
The northeast monsoon affecting the coast of Guangdong will moderate gradually in the next couple of days. The weather will be mainly fine over the region. It will still be cool in the morning. Daytime temperatures will rise slightly, and it will be dry during the day. The temperature difference between day and night will be rather large over inland areas. An easterly airstream will affect the coast of southern China gradually on New Year’s Eve, it will be cloudier over the region. A northeast monsoon is expected to reach the coastal areas at night on New Year’s Day, winds will strengthen from the north over the region.
