General Situation
The northeast monsoon will persist over southern China in the next few days. The weather will be generally fine over the region tomorrow. The temperature difference between day and night will be relatively large over inland areas. A broad band of clouds will cover the coastal areas of Guangdong midweek this week. A cold front is expected to move across southern China over the weekend. Winds will strengthen from the north, and there will be one or two rain patches, temperatures will fall appreciably over the region. Under the influence of the associated dry northeast monsoon, the weather will improve gradually and it will be cool in the morning and at night over the coast of Guangdong early next week. Besides, the tropical cyclone over the central and southern parts of the Philippines will enter the southern part of the South China Sea tomorrow and weaken gradually.
