Hong Kong’s Medical Council will look into its decision to terminate an inquiry into a paediatrician accused of a medical blunder that left a child with cerebral palsy and quadriplegia, after the city’s health chief ordered a review of its disciplinary mechanism.

Satellite maker Uspace pivots to AI applications at new tech centre in Shenzhen
Uspace Technology Group will set up an artificial intelligence application technology centre in Shenzhen, as the satellite manufacturer realigns its space business after moving its headquarters from Hong Kong to Guangzhou, capital of southern Guangdong province.
