General Situation
The broad trough of low pressure will continue to bring showers to the coast of Guangdong in the next couple of days. With the departure of the broad trough of low pressure and under the influence of an anticyclone aloft, the weather over Guangdong will be mainly fine and hot in the middle and latter parts of this week. A northeast monsoon is expected to affect southern China early next week. Temperatures over the region will fall slightly. An area of low pressure will gradually develop over the seas east of the Philippines in the latter part of this week, and move towards the vicinity of Luzon over the weekend. Under the influence of the northeast monsoon, its subsequent movement and development remains uncertain. Besides, Tropical Cyclone Nakri will move across the seas south of Japan today and tomorrow.
