General Situation
Ragasa will move across the coast of Guangxi towards the northern part of Vietnam and weaken gradually today. With Ragasa departing, the weather will improve with showers easing off over southern China in the next couple of days. Meanwhile, Tropical Cyclone Bualoi will move towards the central part of the Philippines. It will then move across the central and southern parts of the South China Sea in the general direction of the seas south of Hainan Island. Under the combined effect of the northeast monsoon over the coast of southeastern China and Bualoi, it will be windier over the coast of southern China over the weekend. With an anticyclone aloft strengthening gradually next week, the weather will be mainly fine over southern China.
