General Situation
A broad trough of low pressure will bring showers and thunderstorms to the coast of southern China in the next couple of days. Under the influence of a southwesterly airstream, it will be hot in the middle and latter parts of this week, but there will still be showers over the region. With the southwesterly airstream becoming active, the weather will be unsettled over the coast of Guangdong during the weekend to early next week. Besides, Tropical Cyclone Co-May will move across the East China Sea in the next couple of days, edging closer to the coast of eastern China.
