General Claims Information
You should call the insurance company to confirm if the claim is for something that needs to be prearranged (especially for health).
For anything serious (such as a flood or accident) don't hesitate to call us or the insurer right away.

Download the relevant claims form from the website and fill it out as soon as possible after the incident. Call us if you need assistance finding the forms.
You will need to provide at least the following information:
- The full name of the Policyholder
- The Policy Number
- The date of accident
- Where did the accident happen?
- How did the accident happen?
- Details of properties lost or damaged in the accident
- Details of any person(s) who was(were) injured in the accident
- Any relevant supplementary documents
Please keep all receipts you are or will claim on carefully. Even if you think submitting a receipt with your claim form is not necessary, the insurer may still ask to see it before they pay.
